Unknown Chinese rubbers?

I just saw this review of Sword Paladin Blue. The review is very positive, they say its fast and impressive. But I've never ever heard of this rubber, or even heard any major rubber from Sword. What other rubbers go under the radar and are totally unknown? Are they good?

I know DingTian, Youngshine kinda go under the radar too. But they are oddly expensive $30 for Chinese makers. I did have a hit one time with a friend's DingTian...and unboosted it was nothing too special.

Sueke is kinda under the radar too, so I might give the M-Star a try someday.

In France, Dingtian is of course not as popular as H3 but some folks tested it, a good player abandoned his H3 provincial for Dingtian, if I remember correctly he said it was easier to do everything without sacrificing speed, spin, etc
