What happens?

On the latest match of my team, the power suddenly shut down in the middle of the whole game. They eventually could decide the result, there were no arguments. However, if there is a sudden powerloss during the game or before the game, what happens officially?

Does the foreign the team wins or the match has to be replayed?

Pretty sure it will just be considered an extra long timeout and resumed when the power returns.
