What hurricane version to get?

It's a totally different rubber. The top sheet is more tacky and feels more like the Provincial/National versions of DHS Hurricane 3. The sponge isn't as bouncy as Big Dipper 1. It's quite hard and numb and for me to use it, it requires some boosting.

can you share some reviews on Yinhe National Blue 40 degree? how tacky is it? how is it compared to H3 Prov Blue 41?

I feel that it's more semi tacky, and H3 is more like this nowadays as well. So these are quite similar in tackiness.

In my experience the regular version of the hurricane 3 is stiffer on the topsheet while the neo version is softer, more elastic and easier to play. Provincial is life, nacional is heaven!
