What is this blade?

The only thing I know is that an old lady brought it in a while ago (I think from the 90s or 80s?), the brand is hunter. From what I know, it is all wood.

Hunter is the in-house brand for Paddlepalace, and I believe they produced these blades with birch plywood on a balsa core.

I don't think I have seen them named. I have encountered a few in the wild and they seem like the type of blade I was able to make by going to an arts & crafts store and buying birch plywood/balsa planks meant for basic crafts
