What sponge thicknes should i use?

Hello!
I need some help to determine what sponge thicknes I shuold use. If possible write some pros and cons about a sponge with 2.0mm thickness and a sponge with 2.3mm thickness. Thanks in advance!

Generally a thinner sponge gives you a a bit more control and a thicker one more of everything else.

If your level is quite high this could make a noticeable difference to your results. But then you wouldn't be asking on a forum. So pick either one - it will be fine.
