What's the reason you guys want to change your equipment (blade and rubbers)?

For blade: I have played with super hard and fast blade foo long time (Donic Balsa carbo certran fibre). It's pretty good when smashing and counter high arch loop. But when I played with really good players, they did pretty good defense and their loops are much better quality so it's made me more errors when attack and counter >> so I change to slower and softer blades (Neottec Amagi HC)

For FH rubbers: Tibhar hybrid K3 is really good but it's durability is suck so I change back to Victas V22 and recently I change to Rakza Z just for development (slower rubber) and yeah it's cheaper.

For BH rubbers: Victas V22 is a pretty good in price and performance and stay with me for long time. But when I saw Hugo play recently then I ordered Xiom J&H C52.5 But I pick wrong color. So yesterday I ordered Stiga dragon power 52.5 that a bit cheaper and for curiosity if it's the same performance with Xiom or not (same hardness for sell 52.5 55 57.5).

When they're worn out, that's it.
Stick with Rakza Z and V22 for a year or two.
You need to improve beyond a certain level before faster equipment can help. Before that it just hinders your development

in my space of work, other than new rubbers or new blade, is to see where we need improvements, and then to test to see if the new gears are able to achieve that.

there is no perfect equipment, so maybe it fix one problem, but then open up other problems.
so it is always a choosing between both pros and both cons and see how one can adapt.

but when we do change, we will train the heck out of it and to analysis the ball quality with the players and make technical adjustments some times and see how we can make the best out of it.

changing equipment is never an easy task.

Just bought a new blade and a set of rubbers that I've been meaning to buy (Hurricane AcB with Rxton 9 and 7), and guess what I'm doing after only playing once? Already looking for yet another setup!

Don't get me wrong, I still want to explore my recent setup, but the itch to waste spend my time looking for the next one is really bugging me. Hmm should I buy an all-wood blade, or try outer carbon next?

I think I'm sick. Maybe the virus got me?

So, apparently, the reason for me is, the virus. Yeah, that must be it...

you got it all wrong.

you can't just buy 1 rubber
you need 1 each for all the blades you have
that is the only way to know if your research is correct.

My reason is that my current setup doesn't feel good.
That could be a mismatch in weight, balance, activation of flex, base elasticity or even that I just can't seem to put power into it reliably.

I did not change for two years now. Petr Korbel with two mantra pro M is all i need. I just play well with this setup.
fake TT player! Go back to pickelball you faker!

Curiosity keeps making me change my equipment, but the right thing to do is to stick to my Viscaria H3N BS and 09c setup and never change since i feel most comfortable with it bahahahaha
