What's up with tabletennisstore.us?

I placed an order 2 weeks ago. After 1 week, I get an email saying the item is out of stock, but they can substitute with a different brand. I replied "no thanks, just issue a refund". I never heard back. I emailed again yesterday asking about the status of my refund request. I never received a reply.
I have never received customer service this poor. Is anyone familiar with this company?

I use this store a lot and the owner just gets so much orders that he quiet literally struggles to get to his emails. Not really an excuse, but try calling their number, you will get a better result.

Thanks, I called that number this morning and got his voicemail. I left a detailed message, but never heard back.

I did finally get through. Ben was very apologetic and issued an immediate refund. I think Ben needs to get some part time help.
