I placed an order 2 weeks ago. After 1 week, I get an email saying the item is out of stock, but they can substitute with a different brand. I replied "no thanks, just issue a refund". I never heard back. I emailed again yesterday asking about the status of my refund request. I never received a reply.
I have never received customer service this poor. Is anyone familiar with this company?
