sorry, no.
I was asking someone else, but my point is that a boosted hurricane is essentially a completely different rubber than without boost.

This might not be the answer you want to hear but my best advice for your equipment dilemma is to use the rubber you can play the best with on average, and just put up with the shortcomings. No rubber will be perfect unless you are a pro and can request personalized equipment, and it seems like you already have a few options to pick from. Also no shame in having different setups tailored to different moods. You can continue to test and search or you can settle with what you already know

And have you tried other blades before? Because the blade is the base of you bat. If the blade isnt right, then no matter what rubbers you put on, it wont feel right.
I like blade - soft toouch, not to fast.

Hi,
I am searching for fh rubber which is most important that grips the ball - on receive of backspin push to make easy topspin which should not be always fast - to change from passive to active game. Rotation-spin in this topspin should be bigger-better but if is not on level of lets say tenergy 05fx also ok.
Beside that it should be middle fast (must not be to fast - like dignics or tenergy), should be soft (to feel contact with the ball) and that is not spin sensitive on serves. Also with medium-high arc.
I tried Yasaka 7 soft but its to spin sensitive and to much catapult.
Also I tried donic acuda s2, donic M3 and are to fast. Tibhar MK FX is great about speed but its a bit to hard.
By the way I Play with blade Victas Balsa 3.5. My style of play is allround from pushes to topspins also step away from the table, but most of the time near the table.
Anyone tried Tibhar Aurus soft or Victas VS 402 limber?
Any other recomandation?
Regards
you could try Donic BlueGrip S1 ... or maybe the regular Rakza 7.
Acuda S2 - what thickness?

I just read the whole thread - didn't see there were more posts.
I know it's a medium-hard rubber but give it a try - Donic BlueGrip C2. if you would want to change the blade - OSP Expert is a great all-round blade, amazing control, great touch, not too fast.

You described something similar to what my training partner was looking for..the Yasaka Rakza X Soft was a great fit for him

This is kind of out there, but Yinhe Moon 12 Blue? It's fairly soft, not really thats spin sensitive, catapult is on the low side and spin is average compared to some of the other rubbers mentioned here. It's also super cheap, so trying wouldn't break the bank.

But to answer OP @mat you should seriously consider a 39 degree 2.1 Hurricane 3 Neo Provincial Blue Sponge for FH, boosted of course. H3 will force you to have good technique, the short term uou may struggle but trust me the long term you will play amazing on FH. Always get the Blue sponge for FH because the blue sponge is slightly harder but has more power reserve, and get 2.1mm to not exceed the thickness limit when boosting. And get Provincial Blue sponge because it’s not that expensive and easily the best value for money rubber because it’s not that lasts forever

I know you say you like the blade, but if you are trying a lot of rubbers and not finding what you like then a blade changes is in order. I find balsa blades to have little flex, be very light and the ball dwell is low. Paradoxically they have little high end speed. I see them as good for short pip hitters or long pip blockers. If those two option are not you there are still plenty of blades for all around players that are not too fast that are much easier to play with.

Mayne Yasaka Rakza X soft would be ok. Since I dont like heavy rubbers, does anyone knows the weight for Yasaka x soft and Yasaka 7 soft (I would like to know exact numbers for same thicknes).
Best regards
