They look like very similar tables just with different branding on them.

I've been researching tables myself recently, I have considered the Stiga too and it is highly recommended from what I've read. I hadn't considered the Double Fish but here's review of it I just read online. https://dionbaseleres.wordpress.com/2013/09/14/double-fish-233-table-tennis-table/
This review prefers the Double Fish over the Stiga.

From what I've researched, many of the tables at the top end are very very similar and some are even made in the same factory (Donic and Stiga I think). In this case the Stiga is made in Germany and the Double Fish made in China, in case that matters to you.
Both have a 25mm top and that's most important. Both have similar folding mechanism.
Both look very good and you likely can't go wrong with either.

Hi,

we have always used Joola Duomat tables and been pleased with them. But i just saw a very good price on a Sponeta 25m top. I have read that Sponeta Germany make tables for other companies who just rebrand them. Does anyone use Sponeta tables and can give feedback, and can it be confirmed that they are the same as the Joola, Donic, Andro equivalents.

Thanks

Sponeta actually makes the top of the line Butterfly, Stiga, and Donic tables. The Sponeta version of the BFly Centerfold is better because it is cheaper and has gas springs so it can be opened and closed by 1 person. Stiga also has a table with that feature. The top Donic tables are simply the Bfly table with a shorter warranty (so slightly cheaper) and a few minor cosmetic changes, such as the plastic covers over the wheels. They all have the same materials and finish on the table tops. Lower end tables are made in China, and have inferior surface finish. I have a cheaper Joola Inside table: the finish transfers onto the balls, and is noticeably on the smooth side. Recently, I was considering a Joola Tour 2500, but I think I want a 25mm table top made in Germany.

Regarding the Donic Tables simply being the Butterfly tables with few small changes, that's true for some of them, like the Centrefold is basically a more expensive Delhi 25 although with more warranty but the Donic World Champion TC table has no peer in the butterfly lineup as far as I can see.
Seems to be the best home table around from everything I've read and it's frequently used by the Chinese Team.

The Donic TC looks like the Sponeta S7-63, but with curved uprights.

It does look a bit like it but it's actually quite different in construction; undercarriage, legs, wheels, weight etc.
Am not knocking the Sponeta, it probably a brilliant table but so far as I can tell that Donic WCTC is a notch above everything

The legs look like they are from the Sponeta Designer series, but those have 22mm tops. The WCTC does look like a unique design, and a very reasonable price in the rest of the world. Doesn't seem to be available here right now.
I think the top is the important part that is common among Sponeta (it's their design) branded tables like BFly, Donic, and Stiga (the German made tables). The undercarriage is harder to determine, but when there are decent images of the different tables, you can see the differences. For example, the wheels may be a different size, or the leg levelers have different diameter bolts, or support size/finish, safety release design, etc. The one thing I don't like is having no leveling capability on the wheels, which seems common on the top tables. Even my cheap Joola Indoor has them, but the Chinese don't seem to understand the concept of design and build for nominal height. It is not possible to set my table to 30 inches because the wheel leveling screws bottom out before the table can get that low, so it is about 1/4" too high. Just poor quality overall. I'll be looking for a mid-priced 25mm German made table at some point.
