There are definitely guys in/from Japan, China and Korea at a higher level than Dudu. Kaii Yoshida was the normal answer even when he wasn't on tour and was playing in a league in Europe.
Kai uses a Cpen blade, though. Fun fact, Dang Qiu used a Jpen blade like 10 years back, but probably he doesn't qualify as a Jpen player now.

I can't really think of anyone.

Having said that, Moriya Tsubasa 森屋翼, is really a skilled player. I follow him and his channel because I'm a lefty penholder so I take observations from that perspective.

I don't think you really need elite, elite, say top 20 players in the world to get inspiration from. Honestly I think often times they play such a different style of game, you might be hurting yourself if you try to emulate their game. Not sure if the OP was asking for that or not.

Anyways, here's Moriya's channel.

... I still stand by there's just no reason to play Jpen. Even if you're a single wing style player like I am, don't play Jpen. Play Cpen and at least on the opposite RPB side put an anti or LPs on there for the very rare chop & block change up to go with your standard TPB backhand. Just better to have more options.

if we don't look at world ranked (since title has ranked in it), then there are still some good jpen players in Taiwan, Japan etc.
not youngsters, but I do know there is a 40+ from Taiwan that won some 40+ tournament in Japan and I believe he also plays in world masters and won some medal.

I am friends with the last Taiwanese Jpen national player, he also stop playing few years back and now full time coach. He plays / practice shakehand now and he borrowed my Cpen once and almost didn't want to return it.

Taisei Matsushita in the T League. Came in 5th place at the All Japan 3 years ago.
Might technically have a Jpen blade but it's a two sided one and uses the RPB.

If that's the case or if the OP is looking for someone to emulate their game after, then there are a slew of Cpen users who play basically the same game.

I know there are two sided Jpens out there but when I think Jpen, it's just the more traditional single sided one.

IMHO main characteristic of jpen is with the big handle. Use to be more squared (but some are a bit rounded), and use to be grip with the fingers more extended.

If people decide to put a rubber on the back, it is also jpen. Note some jpens blades are done for having rubber on the back like the Armstrong kase grip.
