First win over F. Lebrun for Lind after 6 straight losses. Despite some notable wins, 2025 hasn't been a fantastic year for Lind in terms of win rate (21/39=53.8% after WTT CS Montpellier 2025 and 25/43=58.1% after QF of WTT CS Frankfurt 2025).

4W4L JNT
2/2 Shinozuka
1/2 Togami
1/1 SAKAI Yuhi
0/2 Harimoto
0/1 Matsushima

0W2L KNT
0/1 LSS
0/1 JWJ

Damn, Hana is BLITZING around the table! I'm not following the TT scene as meticulously as most of you, but based on this game I definitely agree with what NextLevel wrote above. These are two equals playing.

Also, no bagpipes this time.

Edit: now (G4) the frustration/hesitation seem to be setting in. Hana is playing smart, but she's way too cautious and slow.
Edit2: yeah, Hana def has to track Miwa. Miwa was just more composed, way less unforced errors.

Hana looks a bit like a female version of Moregard, even the chat pointed it out. From the racket through the flatty backhand shots to the way she expresses her emotions.

Before the match Anders Lind practiced with Lee Sang-su. I believe Anders read (my) comments on TTD, but I have no evidence ...
I agree. I remember that when we were speculating about what rubber Harimoto was using many months ago, there were photos circulating of his racket resting on the table, and you could see the rubber, which we now know is a Zyre03. A few days later, during a match, Anders asked Harimoto to show him the rubber he was using before they started.

Are you referring to this post you made in the Montpelier thread, @baotran ?

"Anders Lind shows us why we need to practice more than 2 or 3 hours a day, 6 times a week to maintain our form for every tournaments and team events lol."
Actually no, I just said during WTTC 2025 that Felix Lebrun has been studied by Korean team after he made a three to four weeks practicing in Korea. Best way to know Felix? Ask a Korean player lol.

Dan Que has iron nerve. The come back from 1:9 in 4th game is just textbook.
They are teammates. No real surprises, they already know who wins in practice, they just try to change that and hope for the best but it seems it didn't change.

is that the TTD guy's evil twin RPB brother?
Be kind ....

He's american...

Haven't you heard the NBA speakers butchering european athletes names already ? if it was only for the french ones, but it's even more hilarious when they want to pronounce any croatian/serbian/slovenian name.

Those guys don't want to make any effort to respect other countries.
