Only because of this he can win event?? Others can do same, no?

LSD had a 19-month title drought before his men's singles gold at the Asian championship a few days ago. The title drought coincided with the arrival of the TTR system at the April 2025 World Cup. He completely lost his competitive edge due to the restriction on his illegal serve imposed by the TTR. He was regularly faulted for his serves and lost confidence. During this period, he lost something like 17 singles matches to non-Chinese players. As soon as he was able to serve illegally again, he promptly won the Asian championship Singles title. The TTR had a serious effect on his game, no doubt about that.

After team champioships he only lost to Junsong, Uda, Thitaphat and Alexis. Only 3 non chinese players. Not 25 and not 17

Great win for Samara over Han Ying. It's getting tougher for the choppers as more focus has been placed on playing against the style. We'll find out tomorrow if Sato can hold off Pavade.
Nah, Samara is old school, no emphasis needed, some people remember how to do these things. It is the young ones that have forgotten or never learned the ancient arts, and again, Sato and Hashimoto are a slight effort level above the rest (if you consider Han Ying at her age one of the rest), with them, it is not just about playing choppers well, especially Sato.

Has An Jaehyun left his Korean Club KRX? No longer has that logo on his shirt and he seems to have a different logo instead.

Any news articles about it?

CY WR10 3-1 Peng Yu-Han WR36 (-10, 4, 3, 5)
G1 93, 98 TO for CY, 910, 1010, 1012

CY needs to review G1. Same as last week against Hashimoto in WT F of ATTC 2026 where she was up 9:5 in G1 and dropped the next 6 in a row.
CY admitted in the mixed zone interview with WTT that dropping G1 had nothing to with stamina but her persistent issue of blowing a big lead.

(Q: Could it also be related to your stamina, or physical condition?
Chen Yi: I don’t think that has much to do with it. In fact, I’ve often found myself in situations where I’ve held a lead, only to have my opponent score a string of consecutive points. When I’m in the lead, I think there are some issues with my mindset, as well as my choices regarding tactics and technique.)

I would not call it come back, Anton was much better but he lost everything in his head. Check out how many easy balls he lost in the last set. He should have take time out when it was 10:7 in fourth.
Definitely a comeback, even with the Anton mistakes. Ranefur is a real thinker and he made so many effective changes to change the territory over which points were won and lost (much shorter serves, especially into the forehand)and started anticipating past patterns better and better. Kallberg it felt like was messed up by having the lead, in that he kept feeling everything should work if he just played better, as opposed to trying to find patterns that could help him regain control.
