Great win for Samara over Han Ying. It's getting tougher for the choppers as more focus has been placed on playing against the style. We'll find out tomorrow if Sato can hold off Pavade.

It has always been tough for HY to get past Samara, who is also the one that blocked Sato at WTTC 2017.

You need to spend more time looking into the past. Ishikawa never lost to HY yet her record against choppers in general was poor at best, especially before the switch to 40+.

Caution should be exercised while extrapolating and generalizing when comparing short-pips, medium-pips and long-pips choppers.

I don't even think that result is all that unexpected. Annett has been improving incredibly fast over the last 2 years and will probably keep getting better as her game matures. Future top20 for sure, might even see her crack the top10

He should have imagined he was playing in Japan and that they were all Chinese fans. But dealing with French fans while playing the master of entertainment was always going to be tough.
