thanks, haven't got the chance to test it yet but just did bounce test with the blade, fairly high pitched and fast. The blade doesn't look to be sealed out of factory. Did you seal the blade with varnish?
Not varnish but wipe on polyurethane. Didn't change the frequency.

It feels fast for me with Loki Arthur China and Rxton 3 Blue. I'm sticking with Chinese and low tension rubbers for now.

I'd imagine the Rising Dragon will be fine but the Z2 might be super fast. But like I mentioned I feel like I increased both speed and control compared to my old blade. Maybe it's got a bigger sweet spot or a more clear feel. Or maybe it's from the more stable grip with the handle.

Let me know how tension rubber feels. I might buy another one to test rubber on and probably will be putting a Vega pro on the BH of it.
Finally had the chance to test the blade. Thought of just using some used rubbers to identify the characteristics and I've tested it with Stiga dna hybrid H on fh and Rakza X on bh. First impressions, this blade is rather fast. However, the surprising thing is balls are still on the table despite the speed. When you put in more effort into the shot, shots have higher arc and spin instead of going out. Will give it more play to find out more.

How's the handle thickness compared to your Masamune?

Got the chance to play the blade in a match. Surprisingly I could play right away where it wasn't too much adaptation needed as compared to my tmxi pro. Both blades are stiff and Resonate AI actually was easier to control with the rubber combinations I had. My main blade tmxi pro had d09c fh and omega 7pro bh. One main clear thing that I liked on the AI is on the backhand where it felt nice and crisp despite having limba outer. Probably this might have to do with the carbon being closer to the edges as compared to typical inner carbon blades. The resonate AI blade is definitely a keeper for me.

What’s the difference between the Resonate GI & AI? They’re both inners, but it seems the GI has a softer feel built for stability?

AI is 6.3mm thick and uses "A carbon"

GI is 5.8mm thick and uses "G carbon"

So the GI should be the softer and more woody feeling blade whereas the AI is the more powerful one.
