Today I was watching a match of the Junior Slovak Open between French player Joe Seyfried and Japanese wonderkid Tomokazu Harimoto when I noticed that Joe's grip when serving was really unusual.
I think that it must be difficult to serve with that grip, but I suppose that he does it in order to have more wrist movement ( I mean, to have the wrist free ) in order to increase his serve's effect.
I think that I'll give this serve grip a try in my next training session. What do you think about it?
The video where I found this is a MrTheportal's video; he is TTD member and a great table tennis youtuber! I suppose that most of you know who he is, but, however, here you have his channel's link : http://www.youtube.com/user/MrTheportal
