Problem with assembling the bat

I decided to rebuild a bat.Bought a new pair of rubbers (same rubbers ) and tibhar patrick chila blade.
When i tried to glue it the rubbers couldnt "catch" the blade.
I used Stiga aqua energy glue.At first i thought that there is something wrong with glue but my friend glued it without any problem.
Help me guys please

Ofcourse,on the glue writes that you should wait 45 minutes,i waited even longer
And i glued my 999 rubber but i have problem with skyline 3 neo,i think its because it is factory tuned

It's important that you let the glue dry until it becomes transparent on both the blade and the rubber before you put the rubber on the blade. Did you do that?
If you still have problem you can sand the blade just a little bit to get more grip for the glue to stick.

Get a flat sanding block and a ~300 sandpaper.

You can als try to put more than 1 glue layer to the rubber. when I assamble e new sheet I allways put two layers to the rubber. Most of the wbg´s are quite thin and especially with sponges with large pores needs more than 1 layer of glue.

I put 3 layers of glue,and rubber cant catch the blade,skyline have classic sponge not big pores one
But thanks for suggestions
