What is the difference between Innerforce Layer AL and Innerforce Layer ALC?

Can anyone tell me the differences between these blades and which is the best for certain areas of the game?

While you're at it, if someone could explain the difference between Innerforce and Innforce Layer that would be greatly appreciated. Is there even a difference at all, besides the price and name? You couldn't tell just from reading the product description on any website that I've seen, including Butterfly's.

AL : has arylate and not carbon
ALC : arylate with carbon

Innerforce layer has a more rounded handle in FL than innerforce . I have both and i think the blade is the same

The AL is quite a bit slower than ALC in general. I think the AL is a underrated blade.

same-ish ... If you release a certain number of Arylate/Carbon blades under different player names you wouldn´t expect them to be too far apart.

Some are quite similar anyway, but there is always some difference in handle shape and weight balance, and this can actually affect the way they play for a lot of people. They are often enough alike that switching from one to another is not that hard. This is especially true for the ALC blades Butterfly has made over the years. Those blades tend to be really good.

I think the importance of handle shape is not recognized enough. It can make a big difference depending on hand size, grip, etc.

Very true. I just twisted some edge tape around an area of my new blade´s handle and it made all the difference.
