Where can I get a mizuono ping pong shoe in a size 13

Almost certainly nowhere.

I suggest German websites for finding table tennis shoes in larger sizes, for example www.contra.de

But I doubt you will find any Asian brands in anything close to that size.

I where an 11 and often have a hard time.

Err, for us Southeast Asian that often using between 7 - 8 (40 - 43), 13 looks like specially made for Uncle Gorillus [emoji14] [emoji4]
