Not sure if this information is still relevant to you but according to this Spin Testers Review for Flyatt Carbon, the blade has 5 layers of wood and 2 layers of thin carbon. The Flyatt Carbon Pro is using kevlar combined with wood.
Unfortunately I cannot find any information regarding which type of wood is used here. Anyone has any information on this?
