I have no idea . The recent open is Australisn open and not much info in ITTF whether him or other chinese players will participate in next opens . But I will check again and will post here .

After his withdraw due to waist injury , on 8/07/21 Zhang jike left Korea to Qingdao his home town in china to meet his parents and also restart his training again with the personal physical trainer of himself . Zhan jike appeared at the air port with a black T-shirt and shorts which is his favorite color as the photos tell ...

Zhang jike's comeback was unbelivable for many table tennis lovers and almost every one was pessimist for his turn over but his hard work and trainings through this year and also his participation in CNT's closed training in Chengd is showing how determined he is for the goals he set for him self . His next stop is Asia - Euro All star challenge in Nanong , Jiangsu of China which will be On 4-5th August . It will be good training match for zhang jike as he recently has told several times that He needs to play more to find his rhythm sooner and better .

On July 31 Zhang jike appeared in Chengdu air port . He Flew away from chengdu to Beijing . Next tournament for Zhang jike is Asia - Euro all star . The game schedule was released newly and zhang jike's rivals will be Bastian Steger on 4th August and Jonathan Groth On 5th August .

In the countdown to the Asian-European Games, , On August 3rd , Zhang Jike and Kristian Karlsson, participated in an actively in Nantong and came to visit the Nantong’s great health exploration center .

On August 3, the two-day "2018 Asian and European Men's Table Tennis All-Star Game" held a pre-match conference in Nantong, Jiangsu Province .









It is reported that the Asia-Europe All-Star Match was organized by the Asian Table Tennis Federation and the European Table Tennis Federation. Since the resumption of the race in 2009, it has been successfully held for seven sessions.

I decided to upload some of the videos and photos of Asia-euro cup in Zhang jike forum as a collection of this comepetition .

Team Asia succesfully won the tournament ( with no surprise ) and share of zhang jike in this winning were two victories vs

Bastian Steger in day one ( 11-2 , 11-4 , 14-12 ) and Jonathan Groth in day two ( 8-11 , 11-8 , 9-11 , 11-6 , 11-7 ) .







Beside being a player in this tournament he sang the theme song of the games and also he was the ambassador of this tournamnet too . In the end because of his two victories and effectives games he was rewarded as a MVP ( The most valuble player ) In Asia-Euro cup . After this victory zhang jike interviewed : I am very happy to help the team win this tournament. Everyone in our team should be recognized, including the coach, the team manager and the players. It is my third time competing in the Asia-European challenge. In the national team, we represent our own country; here, we are Team Asia and Team Europe; every one fought hard. We played out our best.

On August 10 , Zhang Jike appeared in Baiyun Airport in Guangzhou, he was enthusiasmed by the fans. Even Zhang Jike, who was wearing a big black mask and half-faced, was stepped on by the fans .
