Hi ,Does anybody know Xiom O7 Euro is made by Victas in Germany or Japan?It says Xiom Japan,Victas,Made in Germany.I did not know Xiom makes rubbers with Victas.What is related Victas Rubber Xiom O7Euro?

The rubber is made by ESN in Germany.

But what the name Victas is doing on a Xiom rubber is a mystery to me.

They aren't part of making it. It looks like they are part of the distribution channel.

Victas used to be a distribution partner of Xiom especially in Japan. Vik2000 is correct. I think in the US they are partnered with Joola but I cannot divulge anymore info.
