I will ask now so it wont come up later!
It might seem obsolete but I dont wanna mess up!
It says there is a glue layer on the sponge, so just like H3 Neo.
I think the rubber needs to be boosted, just like H3 Neo.

Will we have to remove glue layer?
How is the "ideal" glue/boost process for Rxton 9?

Thanks in advance!
I would weight & finger test hardnees+tension first before boosting. My agent said they boost at the factory (oil fill) so i think it would be good if you test as it is, then reboost.

Of course. AliExpress had to intervene and offered me half of my money back, after this store claimed "the product is fine". It meant I essentially bought a sheet for 40% discount so it kind of worked out. :p
Yes, to be honest, my favorite purchases have been when the seller lied to me.

I ordered a blade and asked for 90g. I received 94g blade. I disputed and got 50% refund. Half price discount for a few grams? not bad

I ordered a Fang bo carbon that did not have Fang Bo's face on the handle, received a $10 refund, not bad.

Did they say how they boost it? what does "oil fill" mean? Do they apply seamoon to the sponge?

Or is it more of a chemical process

Oil filling Is how they seem to translate boosting (with seamon, kailin, dianchi etc) from chinese. I Guess it makes sense😅🤷☺️

Of course I didnt get the specific product or process they use, but my Guess Is its similar to other brands.

Is you're guess that they just spread seamoon onto the sponge?

I asked to clarify "so are you saying its supposed to be used with oil boosting for máximum performance or it cames with oil from the factory (like h3neo)?" and they replied "The factory has used the oil technology for you" thats all i got, i guess we need to test, i think its too early to conclude anything.

So it sounds like Rxton 9 is specifically targeting the H3 Neo National rather than the regular H3 National.

They say Neo has "oil technology", but it just seems like a sheet of glue to me.

It works ok for me on the FH, but it feels relatively soft (feels softer than Rxton 5). It is a easy to use with limited ceiling kind of FH rubber. Usable but Rxton 5 and Rxton 3 pink are better for me on FH. Maybe put it on a blade that you feel is too fast.
I've been using Loki Rxton 1 Plus for my FH on a Fextra 7 and this really is an easy to play rubber. I can't get that difficult to return low spinny topsin shot anymore but almost everything else has improved. My FH consistency has gone way up and blocking is amazingly easy.

This is a pretty good FH rubber for my level. If it has a limited ceiling then I'm not close to reaching it yet. Might be the best fit for me at the moment out of everything I've tried so far. And I didn't even consider trying it on my FH until I saw your profile. So thanks a lot for the idea!

Glad that it works for you!

It is working fine for me, just that I am itching to try LAC soon 😂

Ok so i tested Arthur Europe Diamond a bit, mainly on BH. Glued on W81 pro external Alc.
Packaging looks pretty good, Weight: 68g uncut 50g cut

Topsheet looks high quality, Non tacky, Good grip.

Sponge has medium large pores, it isnt that hard but its quite firm, it came with some tension, slight curve & all edges lift a little. i feel it could take a thin layer of booster really well.

Opinion: it plays well, the rubber has catapult but is somewhat linear, its easier for me to serve & short touch, than for example tenergy 64. its harder to engage properly.

On Bh i can execute the basic techniques without problem, it has good speed & stability for blocks, Spin feel fine.

Higher arc than T64, im not a great bh lopper but open ups vs underspin didnt feel that hard, Drives & blocks are fast but controllable. Tested by a more Bh oriented player that uses T25, he could produce good quality spin when brushing the ball & speed mid distance. close to the table it behaves great.

On Fh felt easier to play than other euro/japs since it isnt that bouncy. not my rubber though but i could play some good loops vs underspin & it can kill the ball ond 3rd attacks.
Overrall it feels good quality, im not used to this types of rubbers but it perform pretty good nonetheless.

@Attitude i know you said you didnt like this rubber, but i would love to hear to what Esn/jap rubber you could compare it to.
@mocker88 you tested this rubber aswell right? what rubbers from other brands would yo say are similar?
I tested for a little time my friend viscaria with G-1 on both sides, & i remember it felt somewhat similar at some atributes.

This was actually some years ago, but i remember being completely dissappointet because it is advertised as being bouncy. But in my experience it felt completely dead for bh, too low of throw with a weird arc. I couldnt seem to hit through the rubber to activate anything usefull.

But to the rubber defense, that was before i developed my current bh. Right now i might be able to do some work with it, but i doubt it will reach the speed and spin of LAC. Therefore i am not bothering to change and test backwards^^

Haha thats ok, its interesting to share experiences and take into consideration our technique when reviewing, a year ago i would of get a different opinion too, if i was expecting really bouncy rubber i would be dissappointed, it has some bounce but its quite linear too, feels better for the short game.

The Sponge doesnt feel harder than LAC, but i get less spin & lower throw, a bit More speed.

I dont have long term experience with Esn/jap rubbers thats why i ask to what rubbers its comparable, in felling specially since some players ask that when searching alternatives.

Agent said Mxp but the ones i tested had a Lot More bounce AND speed, less control at low impact. M1& rakza 7 i used felt much softer & bouncier.
The only ones i remember that had similar catapult & grippy top are maybe the Fastarc G1, and some harder Andro rasanter. But that was some Time ago so i cant really remember, also Rakza 9 didnt felt that soft & bouncy, More linear than T80.

Is there a popular rubber that is comparable in speed or quality to Diamond?

I tried Arthur Europe before, but I kinda didn't like it. I remember it being really heavy and hard to maneuver. Also I found that it wasn't really fast despite being "europe". It wasn't exactly slow either

ok nice, G1 and Rakza 9 are good rubbers to compare with.

But basically the rubber feels fast to you? also Diamond itself is made by ESN isn't it?

That's the same shop that outright lied to me about their Bloom Power having an ITTF logo on it, and tried to screw me by declining a refund request.
one of my friend has bought a Bloom Spin recently and 729 has registered this rubber to ITTF though, I'm ordering a Bloom Arc right now, let's see if this too has been registered or not
