Der Materialspezialist Spinfire Purple. 1.8mm sponge. I don't think it is EJ. I am switching to short pips on my backhand side and I don't think I will be going back to inverted except to fool around here and there at the club. Or I will only use the inverted on both sides when I train my kids.
You’re not the only one!! 2 sheets of K3 on weekly special, and to bring the total above the limit for free delivery 1 sheet of ZGX!!I was tempted by weekly special discount on TT11 😜

I never played short pips before. I grew up playing Japanese penhold so I never developed a backhand loop. When I came back to the sport about 5 years ago after being gone for 10 years, I changed to shakehand because, well, I am not young anymore and I cannot sprint across the whole table and use my forehand all the time.Have you played short pips before? Seems a really interesting rubber. How have you found it?
I myself am thinking trying pips again on bh (prob SPs) but maybe with more a defensive mindset.
Yes, just pass on the info I got from the short pips expert in my club.Thank you for that detailed reply. I tried Moristo SP briefly and didnt like it - so maybe Spinfire is worth a go/Rakza PO/Victas 102
I gave up and glued my new Nittaku. I replaced from my FZD Alc almost new Gewo SuperSelect 45 on BH, and Nittaku g-1 on my FH, but I’m pausing now due to wrist issue before I get back to training . Need some recover. I’m really curious how it compares to my main blade Donic Persson PowerPlay (G-1, Z3)I was tempted by weekly special discount on TT11 😜

let us know how those rubbers play. Sanwei Gear looks interesting.I too couldn't resist another order on Aliexpress for some more rubbers to test sooner or later.
Rxton 5 Pro
Sanwei Gear Hyper - mid-soft Blue
Yinhe Moon 12 - medium soft Blue
Sueke Glue No. 1 (blue bottle, seller told there was no difference between 1 and 2, just bottle color)
Some extra glueing sponges
Xuperman Powerplay X.
I keep telling myself that I need it because I got sent hurricane 2 neo instead of tg2 neo by accident and can't for the life of me get used to it.
Did I need it? Probably no.
Will I like it? I have no clue.
Was it a stupid purchase? 1000%
Do I care? I wish I could say no...
About Sanwei gear hyper there is a big review posted.let us know how those rubbers play. Sanwei Gear looks interesting.
I've got a thread on here where I post my experiences with Chinese rubbers. The SGH will be a backhand option down the road for me.let us know how those rubbers play. Sanwei Gear looks interesting.
What will your setup be?I've got a thread on here where I post my experiences with Chinese rubbers. The SGH will be a backhand option down the road for me.
I can say already that I am pretty much set on my setup for the coming time, which I will hopefully confirm on Sunday, which would mean that I won't test the SGH for a little while as I don't wanna mess around with my setup once set during the local league season coming up.
