Any rubber will shrink after removal if you put pressure on it while rolling it on during initial gluing. This is why I use as liitle pressure a possible rolling it on. Thats just to make sure it rubber lies down evenly. Once it is adheres is when I press down a bit.

Today, no pressure added, the rubbers can shrink, because the rubbers was expanded in the first place, so shrink to original state is expected.

So the question is, how much of it was expanded before you glue onto the blade.
That is difficult to tell, as over time, ie sitting on the shelves, the expansion will decrease.

Other than original expansion/tension
Adding glue (moisture) will add to the expansions too.

Then lasting, it comes to pressure on while rolling.

Agree. Don't put pressure initially. When re-glue, you can put some pressures or pull it a bit to expand the rubber fitting the blade. IMO.
