Right now im just sticking to stiff blade for a while, maybe 1 or 2 years
Fair enough 🙂 Maybe not the Telson then.
It's a really great rubber, but in my experience you need an ALL+ to OFF- all-wood blade with softer outers and a tiny bit of flex to it, in order to access its mid-range gears when opening up or slow-looping.
These more traditional blades makes both the T100's throw angle & trajectory a bit more amateur-friendly, a bit less rifle-like, and you end up with a brilliant T05 alternative on the BH.
With stiffer and harder blades, the T100 is really a fast, flat-throwing FH rubber in disguise, and is unmanageable.
on BH.
Only other rubber I can think of that *might* fit your brief (depending on your game & touch) is a Donic
Bluestorm Z1 Turbo. Only tried one out for the first time a few weeks back, and with max sponge it's another genuine rocket launcher with Dignics/T05 level spin -- similar in speed & spin to the T100, but with a more manageable trajectory.
Personally I'm not a huge fan of the Bluestorm's sponge, as it provides very little feedback to my hand during impact (feels a bit like I'm playing with a fluffy hyperactive cloud). That said, I've only ever tried it in Max. Depending on the blade, I can conceive of a 2.0mm or 1.8mm version on a harder blade feeling a bit more 'grounded' and being a potentially viable high performance option for BH.
