Can I still re-use this blade?

It depends on how worse it is... any pictures? Quick fix if there's not too much damage (not in the main hitting area) is to use super glue (or wood glue if you have the time) and than to sand any irregularities down with 400 grit sandpaper.

OK, that looks worse than I thought... I think that it's fixable (remove handle, remove the whole top ply, glue on a new top ply) by one of the blade builders here but I don't if it's worth it...

I wanted to try some DHS blades (inner and outer carbon) this summer but had not enough time. What I tested were some Loki blades (Telson CNF and Speed) which came factory sealed. They have the Telson Power with a similar construction as the H301 which might be factory sealed too (handle is definitely thicker than DHS). Some Yinhe blades are similar (Mars M201 and M202). Donic True Carbon Inner could also work which is not sealed from factory but most TT brands sell some easy to use lacquer/blade protection.

So DHS blades don’t come sealed or is it the glue that was too strong? I used a 729 purple bottle glue thingy that was cheap. I never tried Loki blades but I tested some of their rubbers like 3 Pro or 5. I wanna stick to the DHS blades since they are cheap but you need to get lucky on the quality lol, I have seen som forums that DHS P series has bad blades and good blades.

Yinhe, Sanwei, and Stuor blades are cheaper with better quality control. Maybe ditch DHS. Unless we're talking about 301 series or the Fang Bo 2, their lower priced blades aren't considered a great value.

That blade sadly looks like it's broken beyond repair.

Next just seal your blade first. Any thin water-based varnish will do. Personally I seal every blade, regardless if it's factory sealed. If you plan to use that blade a long time or have to change rubbers often, I advise to do the same.

And if you pull off the rubber go from side to side and not bottom up. It also helps to go slow.
