Cheapest way to ship a whole paddle in the US?

It was a few years ago so I don't remember exactly how much it was. But you can look up the current rates at usps web site - search First Class Mail Large Envelope section. The rate depends on the weight, for example if a blade is ~3 oz and the large padded envelope is another 2 oz, it's a 5 oz large envelope which will cost $2.59 to mail.

At least this sounds like a decent way to mail rubber?

I would be so pissed if someone sent me a blade in an envelope. Even Aliexpress does better

I put mine in a 9x12 clasp and fold it up tight.
