My equipment: Am I an EJ?

I have 8 x Mantra Pro in stock. Because they where on sale on Aliexpress and i like to play with them. I am an EJ or hoarder? 🤔

Now i realize how long they last and i have at least 2 years worth of rubbers.

I am planning to test all, but honestly some will never be used. Recently I went all in due to the shortage of Hinoki, the last blades I got are all using this wood at least as a top layer. I am currently using spruce as a top layer. But this won’t be forever… 😁

Blade I have bought and tried: Butterfly Primorac Carbon, Xiom Axelo, Andro Treiber Q, Butterfly Viscaria Super ALC, Yasaka Matthias Falck W7, Yinhe Pro V14, Tibhar VS unlimited, DHS W968 Provincial Letter, Butterfly Fanzhendong ALC. My last blade I mentioned was my main and just broken down so I had to order a new one :<.
I'm kind of being called equipment junkie but I'm selling 2nd equipment stuff also, trying isn't that bad. At least I know I'm belong and hovering ALC carbon, buying a blade with that composition should be fine for me. Until now, I can play pretty much any other setup after few balls warm up, the technique is applicable skill. If you're still young enough, just buy a viscaria and take coach. It's the most balanced blade right now, it would be consider fast few years ago when the ball is smaller but now it's an average speed equipment.
The pros are EJing too, if you're above average you can EJ to find a style of blade u belong to and suit u.

According to the ITTF handbook (director's cut):
10-15 blades = freshman EJ
16-20 = sophomore EJ
21-30 = junior EJ
31-40 = senior EJ
41+ = Jedi EJ

Disclosure: one more blade and I'll be a junior.

The blade is just mid, good with both side K3. I felt like the ball quality is not as sharp as vis. It is more like control blade, good at everything. Another downside is that i felt it’s kinda hollow and quite dull. If you buy this blade, don’t lacquer it, i actually regret. The lacquer on my blade might change something, it should vibrate more than my fzd alc but it doesn’t. Now i don’t know how to get rid of the lacquer layer that I ordered when i bought it.

Thanx for the details, why don't u take some of that lacquer off w/ a fine sandpaper n see if it changes anything? It could make a difference.

If anything sealing a blade would make it feel harder and crispier, not duller or more hollow. You might just have gotten a bad one
