How would you compare Bloom Power to Dragon F? I think I will give Bloom Spin a try on FH, and maybe Bloom Control for BH.I played with it tonight again and bloody hell I think it’s getting even faster. Tonight I was able to to do kill loops… Normally I have to build up to win the point, but tonight I was able to kill it immediately…
It way less sticky now but it still has a really good grip… It’s better than my other blade which has G09C. I get more Power from G09C but I had more fun playing with Bloom power tonight…
It’s a damn good rubber I gave to give Tensorbackhand this…
Cheers

Blom power is more spinny, I think speed wise not a huge difference if anything dragon F is faster. But Bloom power was extremely slow in the beginning but after a few sessions it opened up.How woulf you compare Bloom Power to Dragon F? Thank you! When you say Bloom Power 40, that's on the "chinese" hardness scale, right? Both my favourite Aliexpress seller and https://chtt.se/varumarken/729friendship/21-gummi/729-bloom-power only stocks 45 and 47.Blom power is more spinny, I think speed wise not a huge difference if anything dragon F is faster. I am playing Dragon F medium soft and was playing Bloom power 40. Bloom power was harder. Dragon F a lot less tacky than Bloom power.
Bloom power on FH and Dragon F on BH. Both rubbers boosted with 2 light layers of Haifu seamoon.
Note that I used Bloom power on a slower blade, that may be why I feel Dragon F to be marginally faster…
Bloom power is spinny enough, no need to go for Bloom spin… Specially on FH

I’m not really sure, but it was the softest one. I stil have a few sheets let me go look.Thank you! When you say Bloom Power 40, that's on the "chinese" hardness scale, right? Also, have you tried Sanwei Gear Hyper? How does it compare to Bloom Power and Dragon F?
729 rubbers are very durable, I don't know about Yasaka but the Bold Dragon got quite strong adhesiveHmmm, looks more interesting than Bold Dragon actually. The sponge looks similar to K3. Would be nice to have a chinese hybrid similar to K3 even if not as good, but more durable.
I played half a season with the old BP, and I liked it very much, but what I really missed was the speed. Compared to the old version, how much faster would you say the new one is?I got the "Professional" Bloom Power with white sponge, expected a denser sponge Bloom Power with more.. Powe, but not quite satisfied. I got it on Lazada for 19$ (nearly double the price of the old BP) - H47
- The cake sponge in white is soft, a bit bouncier and easier to hit through than the old version. But the old version has more linearity
- Topsheet is the same, basically we got a Bloom Power Hybrid with decent spin and speed. But in the end I still prefer the feel and the look of the violet version

hard to say how much faster precisely.. but I think about 10%I played half a season with the old BP, and I liked it very much, but what I really missed was the speed. Compared to the old version, how much faster would you say the new one is?
Have you tried it ? I glued it on a 729 Blue Advance but never tried the setup. I was thinking about gluing H3 on the 729, but maybe the BP Purple Sponge is worth the try ? I did not like the BP in red or orange sponge, I don't remember.I bought the Bloom Power only because of the purple sponge![]()
as I know there is Bloom Power with purple sponge and the newly Pro white sponge. Basically the BP is soft, around H38-39. Very spinny close to table, lacks power but still manageable far from table. Very durable tooHave you tried it ? I glued it on a 729 Blue Advance but never tried the setup. I was thinking about gluing H3 on the 729, but maybe the BP Purple Sponge is worth the try ? BP with red sponge was the hardest rubber I ever had, 52/53° Shore-C, 6° more than my Arthur Chinas. It was the brickiest rubber I tried. But never tried the purple sponge.
Hi, i've two sheet of bloom power 47° (red), but both have the red sponge.I bought the Bloom Power only because of the purple sponge![]()
I've only used purple and white sponge version, so I guess red sponge is a different versionHi, i've two sheet of bloom power 47° (red), but both have the red sponge.
Maybe the ones with the purple sponge have a different hardness?
Ok, thank you, but:I've only used purple and white sponge version, so I guess red sponge is a different version

I am used to hard rubbers on BH (like H3 38) so the Bloom is too soft to get any power. 729 rubbers are very good though, but you will need something extra in tough matcheshave u tried it on BH? seems like a top contender compared to yasaka's dragon line
idk about 729 rubbers anymore though............ once you go hurricane you never go back 🙈
I have both versions, with and without ITTF. My rubbers are H47, about ~ 39 degree DHS.Ok, thank you, but:
on the purple sheet is present the ITTF Number?
Do you remember the hardness of the purple sponge?
