Hello, being a regular of useless purchases in TT, I bought in December 2024 a W968 Golden N°3, a DF218 Control and as I made a mistake on this covering because I wanted the Spin version, well I bought the 218 Spin... And last week, I bought a Q968° N°23 and a V15 Sticky. And now I'm looking for a w968 Golden, just in case and to make myself a second racket (I have too many second rackets) 😄 .
Is it really useful? No
I really need it? No
I'm stronger and better? No
I spent again without counting? Yes
I'm a big EJ? I'm waiting for the doctor to come back...

Sealants also the handle or just the head? I do. Especially sanwei inner where when varnishing you can feel the cloth cutting on splinters.

it's personal pref to seal the handle, for me I like the wooden feel.
sealing the handle makes it too slippery in my hand.

Unfortunately not many sellers has it in stock, maybe it's discontinued?
I found it at https://www.ppongsuper.com/product/sword-vsea-5w2vc-offensive-table-tennis/ for USD 52.15. Seems like a good price, the few sellers on Aliexpress who sells it charges more than USD 100. Yikes!
