Kuai Man is playing really great. she's well above WMY in G1 and G2. if she keeps on like this, she'll soon be taking her place in CNT A team
She has always done decently against teammates. The real challenge is when it really counts - defending your quarter against foreign players, which she has not satisfied. Overrated SYB mopped the floor with her at ATTC 2024.

Odo 0-3 ZYL (-8, -8, -7)
G1 510, 810, 811
G2 87 TO for Odo, 811

With the WTT schedule, ZYL's style (多板相持/multiple-shot exchanges) that started with ZYN (who actually played aggressive serve-n-attack at first and lost quite a bit) and continued by DN could see a comeback. It's too hard to maintain the aggressive playing style that CNT pushed but was popularized by Hirano first in 2017.

Hirano (158cm) has also transitioned away from it since 2019 and completed in 2023. Ito (152cm) picked up from Hirano but an Olympic cycle later she is as good as washed-up. Hayata (167cm) took it from there, pushed it to the extreme and she has been out of action for multiple times between 2018 and 2024. Kihara (164cm) and Nagasaki (164cm) broke through Hirano and Ito at Lion Cup 2022, the 1st selection trial for Pairs 2024 but then fell behind as time went by. Harimoto (166cm), even with her gifted physique, ran out of breath at the end of ATTC 2024 and WTT CS Montpellier 2024.

Odo (152cm) and Yokoi (155cm) won't last long playing like this.

well, Yinhe H40+ ball is used in over half of events on the international circuit, so need get used to it.
(Smash, Feeder, Youth)

We were all informed few months ago about the change (I think I shared it here too)

Washed-up Ito FINALLY beats a CNT player after last doing so against KM at WTT SCT Ljubljana 2023 (the only CNT player she beat in the Paris 2024 cycle). That took 1.6 years.

QTY is probably the best litmus test for Ito, from an opponent she could literally swat aside, to losing in the decider, to blanking out against. Also a great way for her to mount a comeback seeing how Singapore Smash 2023 was also when she first lost to QTY. (SS 2022 loss against YJN was the very first sign of her decline). 4th consecutive Smash quarters for Ito now. Hoping she can bring it against WYD tomorrow.

First victory for Ito against CNT in the LA 2028 cycle.
Hirano: CXT (3-0)
Miwa: WYD (3-2), SYS (3-2), CXT (3-1?)

If she can beat Kuai Man again who seems to be on the rise, her value in JNT might just go back up.

1.6 years sounds like a long time when your agenda method make use it like so, but it isn't like every match she takes part in, she faces chinese players, especially since CNT players plays so little events and in hiding for almost half a year last year.
Beating CNT players every time is not a reality, else CNT players won't flood the WR top 5 on the womens side. But does that mean she is washed up?? what have you done in the past 1.6 years? haha. Ito has been in a range of WR2 to WR14 in the past few years. you?? She is so much more successful than so many players on tour, but she needs to be bullied because she is Japanese?? or why do you keep picking on her?

Ito at Saudi Smash, had a very close 4-3, and a few other encounter, she still showed her ability to be on the top level, so to call her washed up... hm.... what do you call those who have a less win rate then she has??
Ito win rate in 2024 is 66%, 72% in 2023,

chinese fans are the washed up ones, especially since CTTA banned them officially.
