You could be in luck. Vega China + , possibly a new version of the Vega China, has been added to LARC a while ago.Recently fell in love with Vega China after some disappointing experience with H3 slipping.
I want Xiom to make a more powerful version of Vega China with the same level of tack. Why not make a Pro China?
C55, Guang and Ying have too little tack.

Tau 3, C52.5 and C57.5 have also been added to LARC.
I actually never tried Vega China. How is it compared to H3 BS? Can you comment on durability too?
Just a video on what the sheets look like for the China and Pro
I believe the Omega 8 China is 52.5 degrees. For 58.5 degree, 74g is pretty good.
First China rubber in the Omega series I would like to try. I hope this will be as durable as my Vega China (3-6hrs a week over a year) and spin as well as 09C
You’re correct. Thanks for clarifying.I believe the Omega 8 China is 52.5 degrees.
I am also curious about the durabiliy of the Omega 8 Series. Considering their advertisement, it can be assumed that the O8 China will play somewhat similar to the C55. C55 is very spinny but durability is just average
You keep saying good stuff about the vega china. maybe the time has come where I have to try that rubber out. You’re correct. Thanks for clarifying.
52.5 degree max 1.9mm sponge. Sounds like a bh rubber.
My Vega China (55degree) feels good on BH.

But, whenever I try out anything (mostly rackets of clubmates), nothing comes close to h3 blue sponge. I am not talking about the spin or anything, just about the hitting feeling. I am too comfortable with h3.
I know you played about almost every version of h3, how was the switch to vega china for you?
Its either Max (corresponds to 2.1/2.2mm) or 1.9mm. It does not mean MAX=1.9mm52.5 degree max 1.9mm sponge. Sounds like a bh rubber.
and how do you like it on FH compared to h3 BS?Totally. My FH is H3 provincial BS. I use Vega China on BH.
doesn't Vega China feel dead especially since its 54 degrees.Totally. My FH is H3 provincial BS. I use Vega China on BH.

No one talked about this. Ive owned yasaka, butterfly, mizuno, nittaku, nike dri fit. Nothing has feel as comfortable as their xiom shirts, I have the xiom sound which has coolever. the shirt never sticks to me and it feels so light. Ive only wear this shirt to tournament and stuffs.Fashion: https://www.yumpu.com/xx/document/view/68592685/2024-xiom-fashion-catalogue

New collection looks sick as hell, especially the new design for their 2024 shirts. I understand some folks won't like it because it's a bit too colorful for them but credit for Xiom to put some interesting design not like some european brands who are too conservative with little to no design with their shirts... I'd say it is colorful in a good way, doesn't feel childlish at all.
Apart from their assumed design and colors, the materials used for their shirt is quite unique, in fact I own several shirt from them and from the perspective of someone who sweats a lot (1 shirt per match, 3 shirts per training session, shirt are like I jumped onto a pool with it before I change it) the shirt stay confortable, light and doesn't stick to the my skin at all and take a little bit more time to get completely wet compared to other brands (and I tried a lot of different table tennis brand). You want to target the "Coolever" line or any shirts with the mention "Coolever ('PE93, PU7') or their Italian collection 'PE90, ELT10' (but a costs $$$ unlike the "Coolever" one), shirts with 100 polyester are basics and aren't better than other shirts from other brands but still have a nice design. From owning some some of their 'PE90, ELT10' shirts, it is a unique experience, feels incredibly light, even when completely wet, for a sport enjoyer I didn't find any shirts better than this one (from big brands like Mizuno, Asics, Adidas, Nike, etc not only tt brands).
Now for the main subject, new rubbers coming like the Omega 8 series which consist of one european style rubber, one hybrid and one fully chinese rubber (it covers the whole spectrum, but reality will be probably different if they are still created in the ESN factory, in the end it will be still your ESN tensor rubbers with a hard sponge unless the R&D made a major discovery), new J&H C55 rubber (Omega 8 China vs C55 what will be the difference ? 52.5° vs 55°), new Vega H line (marketed as hybrid rubbers), new pro blade (Calderano TMX). I must admit that the cover of the J&H line is beautiful, it is truly a work of art.
Main con: The price ??? Every year the price keeps getting higher and higher, I know it's a general thing but still... Before, people were often shocked by the price of BTY products but now, even with the 25% discount we can get from some Xiom resellers we are not so far from the BTY price range.
tldr: New Omega 8 and Vega H line focusing on Hybrid/chinese rubber mainly as well as the new J&H C55 rubber. New Calderano TMX blade. Nuclear new apparels collection.
disclaimer: I'm not a Xiom fanboy, more of an EJ trying to get the best from every brands, fashion included.
xiom c55 lasted me 3weeks max. Try Yasaka Bold Dragon, the topsheet lasted me so long and it feels like c55 for the medium hard and boosted hurricane 40 on the medium softany verdict on C52.5 durability?
had C55 and it looked quite terrible after a good week, but tore the top-sheet during second week of usage and it wasn't usable after that ...
if I look at other sticky/tacky products by Xiom, durability is quite an issue, unfortunately. played with China Guang, after two months spin went down considerably. Omega 8 China looks bad after one month, was still playing decently, but changed it. Vega Pro H was the most durable, but after 3 months it looks worn ...
on the other hand, non tacky rubbers - Vega X after 14 days of extensive usage looks like new. same as Vega Tour. Omega 8 Pro had some visible marks after 3 weeks, but nothing major.
I did try Rising Dragon, but it need some boosting, but after boosting sponge cracked - literally.xiom c55 lasted me 3weeks max. Try Yasaka Bold Dragon, the topsheet lasted me so long and it feels like c55 for the medium hard and boosted hurricane 40 on the medium soft
in apparel department, there’s nothin like H&M sport t-shirts. and a local firm making mainly leggings for ladies, but also make awesome men’s shorts. and that is my combo. I also prefer subdued color schemes so … table tennis apparel is quite shiny colourful happy people style. 😂No one talked about this. Ive owned yasaka, butterfly, mizuno, nittaku, nike dri fit.
