Why difficult to stop being an equipment junkie? Haha

I have tried different blades. Shakehand.
Zlc
Alc
Inner alc
5 ply wood
7 ply wood
1 ply kiso hinoki, currently for almost 4 months.

I saw something that it is for hitters.
Now, my EJ VIRUS got activated..

Searching for new.
My playstyle is close to mid but I want to practice far too. I want to attack and finish point asap. And want to be a looper.

Ejing sometimes make me excited to try new blade and excited to play if I jave something new.

But I want to stop this.

There is value in trying new equipment and seeing what is right for you. But that value mostly comes once you have reached a certain level and have a somewhat defined way in which you play the game. A lot of people are not at that point, and based on your post, it sounds like you are not at that point either. If you want to attack and finish a point ASAP, why do you want to practice playing far from the table?

Most of my errors when I want to finish the point asap, and when opponent blocks faster to. I cant recover to attack again.

I think that for now mostly try sticking to one blade. If you want the speed and since you're cpen I think you should keep with the hinoki and just practice.

I am shakehand. A bit weird in transitioning fh to bh
Focus on one muna, and footwork. So you don't have to transition as often xD

Don't need to attack again if it's too fast. Block muna! Then during training develop recovery

When did you start playing?

I started playing 2005 until 2011. No proper training..then, came back 2014 to 2016. And now, 2022 to 2025. Hihi. But only for exercise yet, I want also to compete in tournaments if ever..

succumb to your deepest darkest desire. Unleash 100% your darkest fetish; EJ is fun, it is satisfying, makes you have a cortisol high always. You want it, your brain craves for it... surrender to it.

every 1 ply blade in the market i think
and for me, it is not difficult because there are only two commercially available one ply shakehand: Darker Speed 90 & Tibhar H19.

If penholder, woe unto you... so many to EJ. I pity the fools!
