DIY Blade Making Process?

Hello all, I have recently been looking into the possibility of making my own blades from materials found online but I am unsure of how the process would work (which glue to use, how to attach the wood plys together and such). I am already pretty knowledgeable on the different types of wood and stuff and would not be making my own handles (yet) but any other information and resources would be very helpful. Also please keep in mind that I do not have access to expensive machines so everything needs to be doable with cheap tools where possible.

blade making is surprisingly similar to classic wood boat making.

if you don't have access to good quality thickness planers and drum sanders, you can buy calibrated wood sheets.
not even commercial blade producers make their own carbon fiber textiles so alibaba those as well.
d3-d4 pva glue is fine for wood on wood, but not that great for synthetic textiles on wood.

like with any complex process, it's best to conceptually break it down in simple tasks, and research the tasks separately.

50mm plywood used for making kitchen bench tops 2 pieces
8mm plate glass 2 pieces
.5mm Mylar sheets 2
Concrete blocks 1 or 2
