Prott problems

Hi everyone,
Recently I order from Prott som H3 and booster. I make separate order for booster as they describe on web and I asked the guy if I should and he say yes. I order, pay and it was sent but in China was sent back seller. I wrote him 21/5 and he said that he will send again but more than week and still no tracking number. Had anyone similar problem in these few months ?

They sent the wrong sponge thickness to me and agreed to rectify the mistake,nothing happened and after a while I chased it up(got a better response via WhatsApp)but still no progress until I mentioned as a member of mytt forum I would be making a post about this on the forum,the response was then rapid and they sorted it in no time

I experienced similar issues with packages going back and forth between the shop and the Chinese customs. All orders from them eventually made their way to me. Fastest was like 17-18 days and longest took 4 months. Never ordered booster or glue from them though.

Edit: Sometimes I feel the need to check with them on WhatsApp or email but their responses are very short. After so many orders I trust them though, blades have been good.
