May I ask which club(s) are you playing at? I'm in Taipei atm and so far the clubs I've been to are rather too narrow or don't have the table for single matches at all

Taipei's land prices are high, so most table tennis clubs tend to be quite small. I occasionally play at a club on Yanji Street. When it's crowded, especially on competition tables, you might need to wait in line — the loser steps off and the next player comes on. Saturday nights usually attract stronger players.
