As for Jha, his aspirations go far beyond just Las Vegas. That's why he says he'll keep on training all day, every day to continue to reach his goals.

"Definitely Los Angeles 2028, that's a really big one. I think in many ways, it's kind of perfect timing. I'll be 28 years old, which is peak age in the sport of table tennis. I'll be in my home state in Los Angeles, so that's really what my eyes are set on," Jha said.

The United States Smash in Las Vegas is set to begin on July 3.

Same here. It might be an inconsistent setting on the channel because I am not sure I see future tables past today and when I click on it now, I don't see the channels anymore so they might stop streaming if I refresh lol.
I did see future streams and people asked in chat why there were no livestreams. This has never happened before. Someone in the German forum said Dyn has the rights for all tables, but that would be news to me. Very strange issue that hopefully doesn't happen again.

Looks like they prize money is becoming more top heavy. Europe Smash will have the same prize breakdown.

Is it just me or the video quality is ass?
Even the 1st table has low framerate and slightly fuzzy video quality. The other tables are even more laggy.
Did they buy cameras at a 11.11 AliExpress discount?

God. Jianan just beat Bernie. Lilian just beat LJK. And it was the middle of the night, I couldn't watch that in live. How frustrating!
Now you know what it feels like following Asian (and sometimes European early morning) tournaments in the USA lol.

High altitude affects the arc. Thinner air means weaker magnus effect.
That's the point I was actually getting at, LJK wants to spin more under pressure but it wasn't enough because of the altitude. His opponent did play some amazing shots to be honest.

Ricardo posted his first VLOG. I thought the tent was a joke, but they actually set up a giant tent on a parking lot to play in. How did Vegas become the host when they can't offer a proper venue? Is this a replacement because some other plan fell through short notice?
Yeah - why are they playing in a tent? Sorry if I've missed why?
