He is for real. Tanaka, Robles and even Ma Jinbao also exist

No luck for Hana Goda. She faces SYS in the opening round. They faced off in R32 at the US Smash. To Hana's credit, she played SYS exceptionally well despite the loss 3-2,11-7. Mima Ito has the "easiest" path to the QF of all the Japanese women. Honoka has a very good chance to make the QF where she would likely meet WMY.

I was speaking tongue-in-cheek, it has been fairly obvious for a while, I don't watch him enough to figure out the inconsistency but his offensive lefty game has top 20 at least written all over it if he can be consistent.

His 2025 goal is to make the top 50 and reach the QF in MS and medal round in MD of the various tour stops.

WCT says Baldwin still has to work on his explosiveness and one-shot (winner) quality. The 20-year-old thinks he is still not comprehensive enough on the cognitive level.

Overall a very promising player.

Harimoto has to get past AJH before that if nothing goes wrong, but overall a more favorable draw compared to the others.

I remember him playing in the US in the 2010s when a Taiwanese national team coach was coaching in New Jersey. I thought his power was massive and he was going to be a big thing but it never came to fruition.
