Matchday 3 of the current Bundesliga season

Togami played his first match this season and scored two wins in Ochsenhausen's 3-1 victory over Grenzau

Togami vs Samuel Walker 3-0 (7,8,4)
Togami vs Feng Yi-Hsin 3-0 (10,5,3)

Shinozuka won his two matches against Duesseldorf leading Gruenwettersbach to a 3-1 victory

Shinozuka vs Li Yongyin 3-1 (-1,8,7,9)
Shinozuka vs Kanak Jha 3-1 (-9,8,3,7)

@KiwiPong posted that Hirano Miu will participate in the upcoming China Smash as a Wild Card. I am curious how she will do and good luck to her!

Koki Niwa is scheduled to make his MLTT debut for the New York Slice on September 19th against the Florida Crocs.

I always enjoy watching Yuto Muramatsu, where is that dude playing?
Saarbrücken's 2nd team, they made R16 in the cup and lost closely. Unclear how many 1st team appearances he will get this season, can only play if FZD isn't. Wasn't there for the first couple matchdays in 2nd Bundesliga either.

There's going to be lots of Japanese Champions today at Feeder Cappadocia II. Idesawa/Okano have taken the XD title. Both MS and WS are Japan vs. Japan, and Japan has a pair in the Finals of both MD and WD.
Congrats to all the champions

XD | Idesawa/Okano
WD | Sato/Shibata
MD | Sakai/Suzuki
WS | Hitomi Sato
MS | Yukiya Uda

Bundesliga Matchday 4: Ochsenhausen vs Bremen 3-1
Togami vs Bertrand 3-1 (9,-10,4,10)
Togami vs Gerassimenko 3-0 (4,6,6)

Togami is 4-0 so far this season.

Hitomi winning the WS title at Feeder Cappadocia II allows her to temporarily leapfrog Miu Hirano. Temporarily because Hirano was gifted a WTT Nomination to play in the China Smash. I hope she recognizes it as a privilege as her compatriots Hitomi Sato, Sakura Yokoi, Saki Shibata, and Kaho Akae among others have had to play multiple tournaments to work their way up the rankings. Even though it was a WTT nomination rather than host wildcard, it obviously helps to be popular in China and buddies with Sun Yingsha.

I wish you would've written this much while being equally impartial when the WD wildcard was awarded to Ito/Hayata for US Smash 2025.

At this point, your fanboyism is sickening.

No wildcard for Sato/Hashimoto pair is a pure travesty.

Nope, not Hina's fault.

if Hayata can play only 85-90% of her 2024 form she is still n2 in Japan, or maybe n1 as Miwa hasn't got the upper hand on her yet.

She doesn't have any chance against SYS or WMY but who really does apart in-the-zone Miwa and perhaps some younger CNT players ?

In general, I agree that Hayata at 85-90% of her 2024 form is still a formidable player. However, I would argue that Hashimoto in her current form is stronger than 85-90% of peak Hayata. In fact, Hashimoto has won 3 WTT tournaments this year whereas Hayata only reached 1 final.

Both Hina Hayata and Miyu Nagasaki have recently lost 3-2 to WMY so I think they both have a chance. And you might even be able to add Honoka as having a chance losing to WMY 4-2 (10,-7,7,-8,7,9).
