Is it possible to identify this H3 rubber?

Hi, I have been given an H3 rubber to try and if I like it I am going to need to know which one it is.

Is it possible to tell if it is commercial, provincial or national, or neo version, by the Chinese symbols or maybe the code number stamped on the sponge?

It is either very old (no approval code 24-108) or not a Hurricane 3...
The only logo design that is similar to this one is from a Skyline 2

That is the original H3, likely from 2005. Provincial H3 and National H3 didn't become available to the general public until 2006 and 2009, respectively. However, it could be old stock and so could be Provincial or even National.

did you cut it/ glue it, or was it given to you already cut
can look at if it is a square shape rubbers (4 sides), or 6 or 8 sides.

Unfortunately it was given to me already cut.

I asked the person who gave it to me and they have confirmed it would be at least 12/15 years old!

It still feels in good condition and so I've glued it on to a spare blade and will have a knock with it tonight.

Obviously, I doubt it will be the same as a current rubber.
But it might make me decide to buy a new one.
