All of these rubbers are fairly slow unboosted. But Gears Hyper also has very low throw angle and is very uncomfortable to me.

If you want something faster, I would choose DF Volant or Yinhe Big Dipper.

Spin is excellent for both of those rubbers.

I don't find Volant unstable. In fact, I find it has one of the best control of all rubbers. But "stable" or "control" is very personal to the individual.

Well I don't know of any rubber that has zero negative reviews. But just to answer your original question, both of these 2 rubbers are definitely faster than the original rubbers you listed.

I think I already answered your question. Yes the spin is good, and the weight is average but not heavy.

If you are asking about blades, I would recommend the Sanwei 75 inner.

I don't know many colored rubbers. The best one I have seen is Yinhe Moon 12.

I think Chinese rubbers will last a long time: 6 months to 1 year.

I've had it a year or two. I forget. It has good speed unboosted, but it has very high speed after boosting.
