Whenever I hit my FH on the FH, I move in such a way that I sort of get stuck on the FH side, having to use my BH
So I guess this is a two-part question
So I guess this is a two-part question
- What footwork is generally used to hit FH shots on the FH side (doesn't have to be super wide), while still maintaining general balance? Is it a single step movement or cross-step?
- I have used Falkeberg and occasionally do 2 point FH drills. What are some other drills that would help improve footwork moving to hit FH on the FH side? Or do I just spam these two in training?
