I live in East Germany.
1. Usually some German online shop for rubbers and glue. I don't use booster but bought some a while ago on Aliexpress. I think tt11 has good prices and ships worldwide, probably the way to go for you. There are German shops which ship internationally as well, it costs additional shipping fees though.
2. Butterfly has a policy (at least in Germany) that nothing can be sold online from 3rd party shops, every online sale has to be through the official Butterfly website. This means if you want to order rubbers in Germany, you have to pay the full price to Butterfly directly. I bought three blades from Cantenaccio from this forum, he has a thread and you get a discount if you buy from him, he ships directly from Japan and it takes around 1 week. He also sells rubbers.
3. AliExpress/TT11 I guess... Or there is a local shop in a big city close to you.

1. TT11 and AliExpress. Also bought a few specialty rubbers from WRM in Japan.
2. Haven't bought a single BTY product yet, but there's a Norwegian shop with an online store that's an approved retailer by BTY, so probably there.
3. Also TT11 and AliExpress.

EDIT: Oh and chtt.se aswell. @mocker88 gives great service :)

Poland here.
There are few popular internet stores selling known brands stuff, I only buy there normally things like glue, edge tapes, etc. They also have sometimes stuff from aliexpress at higher prices.
Rubbers and chinese branded blades I buy from aliexpress (I use mostly chinese rubbers) as it is cheap and fast (free delivery, usually 7 days from order to package at my door).
For blades I usually check website for used stuff and facebook groups. There it is easy to spot interesting blade at 60% of price (condituion like new) or below (with some signs of use). I bought this way my Donic, Victas and Andro Treiber blades.

I'm not stupid enough to buy anything from Aliexpress. I've been buying blades and rubbers from Wack Sport, TT11 of course as many here, or even our friend that sometimes pops up here being the CEO of dhs-729.eu . I don't buy anymore BTY stuff since they started to treat France, and Europe also, like sh*t. Plus, seriously it's overpriced, euro blades and rubbers or chinese blades and rubbers bought from the right webshop are as efficient for my level, if not more, and are way cheaper.

Edit: I thought dhs-729.eu would be right for you, but they ship only to EU countries. Maybe things will change for Moldova with the recent elections ? your country has started the procedures to enter the EU years ago already, maybe it will be ok in 2028.

I live in the US and even I buy most of my stuff from TT11 (or AliExpress). Service and shipping are top-notch and it still comes out more affordable than the big US sellers. BTY is the exception of course, but I don't usually buy Butterfly. If I wanted something my coach orders in bulk from an eBay seller in Japan...

Central US here.

Blades? - GamblerTT. (affordable and I just think they make really nice blades)
Rubbers? - I've always been a Chinese tacky guy so mostly Ali. Every now & then colesTT who is local. Mostly pips from him.

Butterfly gear? I've purchased 1 butterfly product in my life and it was their super anti. Got it from tabletennisstore.us

For those who buy from Ali, can you also mention which seller you buy from, if you select specific ones? I'm assuming not all sellers are the same? Some are dodgy?
There's plenty of threads on this, but I'll drop Global Sports Store which is perfect. I have yet to get a bad experience that didn't get resolved with any seller, but maybe I have a good instinct on this. If it looks too dodgy, just don't.

1- Booster, glue, rubbers and also asian made blades mostly from Global Sports Store on aliexpress (haifu sea moon II, dhs no. 15, rubbers are provincial H3 neo and sanwei target 3 national, all the blades they sell are really great)
If they dont have the rubbers you are searching for like long pips, or you need bat covers, or other things related to the sport, these aliexpress sellers shops have been also great in all my purchases: Table Tennis World Store, BEO Store, HWSPORT Store, SweetheartPet Store, Table Tennis Treasures Store, XVT Table Tennis.
When I need other blades / rubbers from other manufacturers, shoes and special offers, the best store is tabletennis11.

2- When I need (new) butterfly blades or rubbers, I order from ebay from the seller JP Hobbies 1

3- I order all from the sellers above to Mexico, but they sell to almost every part fo the world according to their descrptions
