Just wanted some external feedback on technique and playing. Right now i think i need to work on:
- Service recieve
- Better balance when playing shots
- Don't get into too bad positions
- Don't cover too much of the table when backhand
I feel like i let my opponents attack too much, but I'm having a hard time finding the space for a forehand. I suspect it might be because of my leg position when playing.

For reference the players in this video are around 2100-2200TTR Denmark. Around top 300-200. And my level is 1600TTR.

Here is the video of me playing. Any feedback is fine. (Im in black with black hair) :p

2200 vs 1600. Using logic, the one who lost should be the 1600, statistically speaking of course.

unless there is more than one Benyamin Faraji that plays 3200 against Wang Chuqin and then 2200 against other players.

- Better balance when playing shots

I'm no expert so take this with a grain of salt, but what strikes me is both players' non-playing arms seem to be just hanging down limp and not contributing much to the balance and movement. Compare your non-playing arm with the professionals.
Yes i've noticed, have actually been trying to keep it more up during the last couple of practices. I think you are correct here :)

Great tomahawk serves! And the FH looks nice in general (although it is leaning towards hitting a bit too much, I think a heavier topspin contact would serve you better, but it is already decent!). But on the BH it seems that youre mostly just reaching out in front of you to play a counter or block instead of blasting them with stronger shots. So all your opponents are targeting your BH corner really. Although the BH defence is not that bad, it still leaves you with a defensive position which most likely loses you the point eventually.

Gotta train a lot more in terms of BH footwork, power production and use of body there. With BH you have to wait for the ball a bit more to use your body power. Experiment to see if there is a way to bring your hips to drive the ball directly. It is difficult to increase power with just the arms.

Great feedback, thank you so much. You're right with the backhand, i should have it closer to my body (would also give me more time to adjust). Also the use of proper power chain is also something i will take note off. :))))

Are you also an ambidextrous player? I can see you have different blades for RH and LH. I actually play C-penhold with my left hand, just for fun of course, but has gotten quite good at it. I just use a shakehand FL Viscaria with some old rubbers on my left hand haha

Yep i can play with my left hand with Cpen LP/SP decently. There was a period i played with both hands simultaneously which was also very fun, opponents were ultra confused because they had to face shots from LP, SP and double inverted. I even won with it against some decent players haha.

Hasn't it been illegal to play with 2 rackets? I sometimes play with both hands, but just after training for fun.

it is not banned in the rules officially... but you should do fun things anyways!
