Born 4 years too early. Kihara and Nagasaki never got all the chances "to fail" like Hirano, Hayata and Ito did to find out what works and what doesn't.

Hirano/Hayata/Ito have played nearly 2 times as much in WS and 3 times as much in WT as Nagasaki and Kihara have. Odo has played nearly as much as Nagasaki and Kihara in WS and WD. Nagasaki played the most in junior events with the backing of JTTA. In retrospect, COVID-19 affected the trajectories of the 2002/2004 gen the most when they were going through the stage of explosive growth (age 16-18), hence the most unfortunate generation. Their wins over Hirano and Ito and challenges posed to Hayata in the Road to Paris selection trials have already proved they could be just as capable if given the chance.

p.s.
According to Tieba users (counting the Road to Paris selections?), this was Ito's 4th consecutive defeats against Nagasaki.

I'm actually not surprised. Miyu has beaten Mima both domestically and at the 2025 WTT Finals Hong Kong. Mima has to work on her FH loop. Spent too much time hitting and missing ... not gonna work against Miyu's spin quality.

True, it was a much closer 4-3 win for Miyu at the WTT Finals a month ago. Maybe Mima's defeat there caused a mental block.

3315k is borderline for 1080p, let alone 60fps.

When it comes to video encoding, does 60fps require double the bitrate of 30fps to look as good if the resolution is the same?
