Some of them yes

Man it’s like you guys were waiting for this result to throw shade at Joola 🤷‍♂️ kind of lame honestly 👀
Yeah. There are people like this everywhere. I have a lot of players around me that have moved from Butterfly, Stiga rubbers etc, and now use Joola and feel that they have more control and easier spin production with Joola rubbers. And they keep coming back to us to buy Joola rubbers, not anything else. This goes for Rhyzen, Tronix and Dynaryz series, so it seems like Joola does something right here :) Evolving all the time. Keep up the good work.

On that note I was thinking about treating myself to an all joola setup for fun. Was thinking about that 7ply xylo blade (might have butchered the name), what would be a rakza 7 equivalent in joola rubber lineup?

Tronix ACC probably it’s a bit spongier, medium hardness. Good for control spinning. Rakza 7 is quite soft and good for blocking and spinning like that.

My friend plays Rakza 7, I daily ACC. It's easier to generate for me spin with ACC, especially with very thin contact. Rakza 7 has much harder topsheet and stronger rebound.

Cool cool I’ll try that combo out then! Out of curiosity is there a G1 alternative/something similar? I also like G1 on my fh to be honest
I think it was called Joola Xplode. Not aure if it is still out there.

Thank me later, Matt 😉 Design looks a bit similar to the one from Xiom, but with the Brazilian flag color scheme. Nice with some flashy colors.

So other brands DO make special blades for their pro's. But joola dont. As far as you say.
If you admitted you did, that would lower sales.
Butterfly admits they do. What has that done to their sales? Driven them into the ground?

I disagree. I tried now several Viscarias. They played the same.
Two cars can be driven at the same speed. Whether that means they drive the same is another story. For blades, wood is a living thing, so it would be hard to argue that two different blades play the same. But it does in part depend on your sensitivity to equipment.

yes but there are commonalities. all viscarias feel in the same ballpark.
selection of high quality woods to get as close to a base level as possible for any given product. Some companies have less quality control than others.
THe difference in those 2 donic blades where not even close. like night and day.

Did I say butterfly does not admit to doing this?
The implication is why you think that his admitting that pros can get custom blades, if it were true, would drive their sales down. The bottom line is I am saying you should stop coming up with strong reasons to claim Matt is lying. He is the one who often gives pros what they use, he is sharing the process he is familiar with. He would likely not discuss the topic rather than lie.

Did you collect data from the comparison process? Like did you measure the blade weights, frequencies etc.

I have two Butterfly Innerforce T5000s, one is barely over 80g and the other is close to 100g and is varnished. It's not worth discussing them as the same blade but they are supposed to be.

Admitted? Seems like you are assuming that I am lying. As Nextlvl said if I needed to lie then I just wouldn't comment at all. I don't HAVE to spend my time here answering to people who are caught up speculating and throwing around second and third hand information. I try and clear things up and make things clear and then I just get told that somehow I'm wrong or lying?

I dont know you. Or him. And I appreciate your loyalty to each other. Doesnt change how I feel however. When money is involved people do a lot of crazy stuff. Just my experience.
Is Joola making special stuff for their players? I dont know. 0 idea.
Is other brands? Yes. Are some of them lying about it maybe? Maybe. You dont know. Neither do I. thats all im saying.
