接下来冠军赛第四人就是大藤了，按照积分大藤可以入选亚运会（伊藤退赛亚运）亚锦赛27世乒赛。

(Hashimoto has essentially dropped out of the race for the 3rd spot, and Ito has never even been in contention. That leaves Nagasaki and Odo as the two noobs fighting for the 3rd spot. Odo is poised to snag a spot in the Olympics.
The 4th spot in CS will be Odo's, and based on points, she could qualify for the Asian Games [2026] (Ito withdrew from the Asian Games), ATTC [2026] and WTTC 2027.
Odo's best days are yet to come.)

Expected a closer match tbh, but very very well done to China's new rising star Wen Ruibo! I love his game so much! Coton looked a bit off today, but Wen capatilized on it

Has any other JNT member beaten WMY in recent years? I only recall Han Ying then Batra at Saudi Smash, followed by Ito at Swedish Open 2019.

WMY's form seemed off though. Many points ended after Odo took one or two swipes at the ball.

Its quite possible she was playing hurt. With WMY, you never know. She just plays through it. That said, it was clear Odo was hitting winners. We will just see whether she can back it up.

the tablet for scorekeeping was actin up. they put another umpire in who was more used to it. still had some issues but was better. the first game and start of 2nd game were a bit of a grind

No one seems to care. BTW, his name is 裴伟民/Pei Weimin, a Blue Badge Umpire from Guangzhou.

According to Cai Meng's live stream, WMY wasn't injured but rather burned out and will take a break from competitions. MLin puts the blame on the coaching staff for not noticing her condition beforehand.

【#曝王曼昱将暂停比赛调整状态#】2026WTT重庆冠军赛女单1/16，@王曼昱 0-3不敌大藤沙月，遗憾无缘晋级。

3月11日，蔡猛在直播中对王曼昱昨日比赛情况作出解读。他认可马琳教练的表态，认为输球与王曼昱本人无关，责任在团队，教练组未能提前预知王曼昱的身体消耗已经到了这个量，也没有主动或者没有真正的发现这个问题。

蔡猛透露，听说王曼昱后续暂时停止了其他大赛的比赛，将专心调整状态、重建信心。他表示，首先没有王曼昱的问题，不要着急，这是很正常的现象，希望王曼昱好好休整，早日找回最佳状态，重新出发。

据体坛周报消息，WTT重庆冠军赛女单1/16决赛，王曼昱以0-3不敌日本选手大藤沙月，止步32强。三局比分依次为7-11、5-11、3-11。这场失利是王曼昱近7年来首次输给日本选手，她此前对日本选手保持的39连胜就此终结。

WMY was instructed to lose to keep Odo in the WS race for Asian Games 2026.

A 39-win streak against JNT players in the last 6 years and some of the wins such as those over Ito and Hayata were achieved while being injured. Even for those wins against Harimoto and Nagasaki where she was trailing, WMY made the comeback because she didn't give up. Therefore, this one is like her 0-3 loss against DHK right after WTTC 2021.

枸杞快跑 去年重庆冠军赛受伤了，就影响了世界杯的发挥，，，后面还有世界杯世锦赛，所以怕受伤，放了，，而且左手带了个东西，，估计身体不能拼的状态，，加上大藤没进入团体世乒赛名单，，暂时没威胁

(She got injured at the Chongqing Champions last year, which affected her performance at the World Cup. With the World Cup and WTTC still to come, she was worried about getting injured again and had to let loose. Also, she was wearing something on her left hand, so her body probably couldn't handle the pressure. Plus, Odo isn't on the WTTC roster, so she's not a threat for now)
