i got a question from what ive read in some forums about hurricane 301 and b2x. Which is peoplee say 301 is the little brother of hl5 and b2x is the closest to hl5, which one is true? or both are true?
One of the main differences is that 301 has koto outer timber - so more crisp and direct feeling, the b2x is limba outer so a little softer timber (which can help more with dwell - ball stays on bat very slightly longer when hit) and generally can feel a little more spinny. I do find the handle a little bigger on the 301 and so not as head heavy. I cant comment on hL5 as not used that blade.

what would you pick if you were me? transitioning from Palio energy 03 handle wise and playstyle ( offensive ; direct pressure attacker )

The 301 uses stiffer wood, so it's probably more like the big brother. The Long 5 series should be more controlled, but it's just a guess. Construction matters too.

I'd pick a 7 ply wood blade to be honest, unless your touch is very developed.

I've tried my friends yse which is 7 ply wood if I'm not wrong, paired with rakza 9 bh and t05 FH and I feel like it's pretty good but something just feels missing, the smashing power doesn't feel right and feels a bit slow

What's your playing level? I feel like your power shots are more likely to be limited by improper mechanics than by equipment. Those rubbers will be fast on just about anything.

If I had to est I would say 1500-1700 ish? I'm not sure tho, think I'm equal to province player here in my country
Everyone says that. What level do you play at? In competition. If you play unranked as an amateur, you're unlikely that level.
Oh yeah can you tell me the proper mechanics so I can double check if I got the correct mechanics or not
If you don't know what the mechanics are then I feel like there's a high chance the answer is no. If you're getting close to 100% of your body's capabilities out, then it might be time to change equipment because it's the limiting factor. Most people aren't getting 100%; many don't get 50%.

Yes I play unranked I wouldn't say as amateur tho, because I tend face uncles from club or province level. Well I would say I know what's the mechanic, the hips rotation, power transfer, elbow and wrist movement. Prob pushing my equipment to the limit. Anyways the setup is not soon, I'm just searching for insights 😁
