Stiga rubbers different thickness from China?

Hi, I recently got a Stiga DNA Hybrid H rubber from a source in China, I noticed that the rubber is 2.1mm, compared to 2.2mm that was directly bought from Stiga in Sweden. Is it known for there to be a difference? Packaging is also slightly different. I'm not really doubting it's authenticity, more so surprised that these rubbers have different variants, especially since you can't buy 2.1mm on Stigas own website?

Interesting, thanks for the insight. Seems odd that they have these different releases, but don't offer both thicknesses in Europe

They sell 2.1 Hybrids here, I think it's a China exclusive? Their reasoning was "Hurricane's most popular thickness is 2.1, so we will launch it with 2.1 thickness as well" thinking they are the same for some odd reason.

I see, both are produced in Germany, so it's unlike some of their blades, and initially I feel they play very different, will have to play more with it to know better.

Yeah it's kinda odd. I bought a sheet of DNA Platinum M and the only thickness available on AliE was 2.1mm. Maybe the Chinese users boost them more often.

stiga rubber is very cheap in china compare to europe. i wonder whether they deliberately sell a different version in china vs rest of world?

people in china use a lot of glue so 2.1mm makes more sense.
